Hi! I’m John Calvin Rezmerski, nicknamed “Rez,” a writer, editor, and poet forever undergoing construction. The next few pages are a sort of floor plan.  I’m available for readings, workshops, or classroom presentations on a variety of topics relating to poetry, language, writing, editing, local history, the history and lore of relationships between humans and ravens, and the early medieval world. I also perform as a storyteller. My presentation of “The Night Before Christmas for Grown-Ups” brings new life to the old poem. Fees are negotiable. You can order my most recent books from the publishers. Red Dragonfly Press (www.reddragonflypress.org) has The Sheriff Next Day Answers the Reporter, Keeping Caedmon’s Faith, and Breaking the Rules. Holy Cow! Press (www.holycowpress.org) has What Do I Know? and The Frederick Manfred Reader. Most of the other titles (a few are out of print) can be ordered directly from me by mail. There’s a descriptive list on the last page of this site.
